On What Really Matters

I don't care about what other people think of me. I can't make everybody happy. I'm not gonna fake a perfect life when I know to myself that everyone else is struggling to keep their heads afloat, just like me. Everyone has their own problems and their own ways of dealing with them. I just hope people are having a good time while the time lasts.

It's not what you have, it's who you have, and for some people it's only themselves--save a couple close friendships and relationships that are not to be taken for granted.

We may not be God Himself, but we are definitely made in His image. Human beings, wholly imperfect by nature, but with the means to become closer to how the Creator had always wanted us to be.
